We only spent a few days in Vienna (Wien), but we had an excellent time exploring Belvedere Castle, the Hundertwasserhaus, and Stephansdom, sampling pastries at Demel, and (of course) eating wiener schnitzel. One morning, we took a walk through the University of Vienna’s Botanical Gardens and stumbled upon this modern art tree with nails all over its trunk, outside of the Bamboo Garden. It was quite a sight.
